What the DAS-1 Is

A standalone desktop unit that sits at your quality station and does the auditing for you.

The DAS-1 combines precision imaging with integrated scales to capture a complete quality profile on every product placed on its tray — weight, dimensions, height, bake colour, surface texture, shape uniformity, and more.

The system runs continuously across every shift with no setup changes required as you move between product lines. Every scan is timestamped, operator-attributed, and signed — creating a complete, unbroken record of everything that was produced.

At the end of each shift, a full audit report generates automatically. There is nothing to compile, nothing to write up. The record is complete before the last product leaves the station.
